Risk disclosure

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Read this before you follow a single signal. It applies to everything on this site and in the Discord.

You can lose more than the money you put in. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and never take a trade you do not understand.

What this community is

Gain Trades is an exclusive Discord community for Nasdaq (NQ) and S&P 500 (ES) futures traders (and the smaller MNQ and MES contracts). Four experienced traders, our callers, post their signals in their own channels. Gain Bot, the server's own bot, follows the market after every signal and records how it really ended. That is the whole service: signals, discussion, education, and a record of how the signals did.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this website or in the Discord is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. A signal is one trader's call, posted for education and discussion. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and it is not tailored to you. Nobody here knows your account size, how much risk you can take, your tax position or your situation.

Neither Gain Trades nor any caller acts as your advisor, broker or money manager. Every order you place is your own decision and your own responsibility: whether to trade at all, what size, where your stop loss goes, and when you get out.

Education only

The daily analysis, the live commentary, the curriculum and the strategy calls are teaching material. Use them to learn how experienced traders read the market. Do not treat them as instructions to trade.

Past results do not predict future results

A caller's place on the scoreboard, their wins, losses and breakevens, and their points are a record of what happened. They are not a forecast of what will happen next. Markets change, callers have losing streaks, and a strong month can be followed by a weak one. A result the bot records is also not a result in your account: the price you actually get, your size and your exits will differ from the signal as posted.

Live figures and example figures

A visual on this website says in a short line under it whether it is live or an example. A visual marked "Live from our bot" shows the bot's real record, as called, one contract, before costs. A visual marked as an example shows prices, points, times and counts that are made up to show how the bot presents a signal and its result: they are not real trades, not real results, and not typical results. The coin-flip picture on the home page is a simulation of coin flips, not a track record. Where the site states a number as a fact (member count, plan prices, the recap time), that number comes from the owner and is kept in one place so it can be corrected.

Leverage, contracts and accounts

  • Futures are leveraged. A small move in the index can mean a large gain or loss compared with the money you put up, and losses can be bigger than your deposit.
  • NQ and ES move fast during the US session. When the market jumps or spikes on news, a stop loss can be skipped over and you can get out at a much worse price than you set.
  • MNQ and MES are smaller versions of the same contracts. Know what one point is worth in the contract you trade before you place an order.
  • Funded and evaluation accounts. If you trade one, its rules (daily loss, drawdown, position limits) are yours to follow. Signals do not take them into account.

Your responsibility

If you do not understand the risks of futures trading, do not trade. Consider talking to a licensed professional about your own situation before you risk money. By joining, you accept that you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.

How trades are tracked

What the bot records, and what it leaves out.

The server runs its own bot, Gain Bot. This is exactly what it does, so you can read the scoreboard the right way.

What the bot does

Gain Bot follows the market after every signal and records how it really ended. It works from the signal as posted: the entry, the stop loss and the target. It does not take anyone's word for how a trade went. Wins and losses both count. No cherry-picking.

One result for every signal

Each signal gets one result: what happened if you followed it as posted. The entry, stop loss and target the caller posted count, and so do his exits. When he says he is out, or that his stop or breakeven was hit, the trade ends there for everyone. A suggestion, such as "you could take profit here", does not end it.

How much the caller traded, or what he took off early in his own account, is his business and does not change the result. When a call is unclear, the bot asks the caller in his channel, and a person checks anything still in doubt.

Wins, losses and breakevens

Every tracked signal ends as a win, a loss or a breakeven. The bot records the result in points (points are how far the price moved). The home and Results pages also show those points in dollars at one contract: $20 a point on NQ and $50 on ES, before costs. That is simple arithmetic, not anyone's account. The bot does not know your size, the prices you got or your account, and neither does the scoreboard.

The scoreboard

Callers are ranked by their tracked results, so you can see who is consistent. Nothing a caller says about their own trade moves them up or down. The numbers in the server are the bot's numbers.

When a result is in question

If a result is ever in question, a person checks it before it counts. The reviewer looks at the signal, the price record and the question raised, and decides what counts. The bot can be wrong; the human check is there for that reason.

What is not counted

  • What the caller says they made. The bot goes by the market, not by anyone's word.
  • A result that is in question, until a person has checked it.
  • Your own trades. The bot records the signal as posted. It never sees any member's prices, size or exits.
  • What anyone made in dollars. The bot records points. The dollar figures on the home and Results pages are those points at one contract ($20 a point on NQ, $50 on ES, before costs): arithmetic, not anyone's account.

Where to see the results in Discord

Each caller posts in their own channel (#sabb, #vuhn, #vx and #alex). The results have their own channels, and you can ask the bot directly in the server:

How close calls are counted

  • Entries within 10 points count. When the market comes within 10 NQ points (1.5 ES points) of a posted entry, the bot counts it as filled at the posted price. Callers type a signal a few seconds after they act, and the price moves while they type. If the caller moves or cancels his order, or says he never got filled, before the market trades his own price, there is no fill.
  • Targets within 3 points count. When the market comes within 3 NQ points (0.75 ES points) of a posted target, it counts as hit at the target. A stop loss counts only when the market trades through it.
  • Taking profit in two halves. Only a first target posted before it is reached splits the result: half at that target, half where the rest closed. When a caller takes some profit on his own (“taking half off here”), that is his own trade management and does not change the result.
  • Breakeven means zero. When the caller says his breakeven stop was hit, the trade ends at 0, as long as the market came back to his entry (within 5 points) before he said so.
  • “I'm out” is final. Once the caller says he is out or stopped, the trade is over for everyone, and a later “still in” does not reopen it. If he closes for his own reasons and says his target still stands, the trade runs on to the target or the stop.
  • Timed to the second. Whenever the result depends on the moment the caller wrote something, the bot uses the market price at the exact second of his message.
  • Calls made live. A call made on stream or in voice counts only when the caller logs it in Discord with /signal the same day.
  • Posted calls stay posted. A caller cannot quietly remove a call that was posted and filled. It counts, unless a person checks it and agrees it was a genuine mistake.
  • The website is 15 minutes behind. A new signal appears here 15 minutes after it is posted. Members see it live in the Discord.

What the bot cannot see

  • The bot uses the market's own price record. It reads every trade with its time, and checks the price at the exact second of each of the caller's messages.
  • The bot compares prices. It does not know whether you could actually have traded at that price, so a target the market reached may not have been reachable in a real account.
  • The bot is software written and run by the server. It is not perfect, it is not independently audited, and it is not a guarantee of anything. If you think a result is wrong, say so in the server and a person will look at it.

Terms

Terms of membership

These terms cover this website and membership of the Gain Trades Discord. By registering, paying for the membership or joining the server you agree to them.

Who we are

Gain Trades ("we", "us") runs this website and the Discord server described on it. Gain Trades is operated by ARB Ventures LLC. "You" means a visitor to the site or a member of the server.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding agreement. Membership is personal to you: one person per account, and you may not share your login or your Discord access with anyone else. Discord's own Terms of Service also apply inside the server.

Membership and billing

Membership is paid monthly, weekly, or once for lifetime access. The plans on offer, their current prices and what they include are on the membership page. Monthly and weekly memberships renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel; a lifetime membership does not renew. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card details.

Satisfaction guarantee

The membership comes with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: if the membership is not what you expected, tell us within seven days of your first payment and we will refund it. The guarantee applies once per person, on your first membership. See the refund policy.

What membership includes

Access to the Discord community, the callers' channels, the bot's scoreboard and the daily recap, plus the analysis, commentary, curriculum and sessions listed on the membership page. Channels, callers and features can change over time; the membership page always lists what is current.

Education only

Everything in the server is education and discussion. It is not financial advice and no signal is a recommendation. Read the risk disclosure; it is part of these terms. You trade at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions and results.

Conduct in the server

  • Be civil. No harassment, hate, threats or spam.
  • Do not copy, forward, screenshot, resell or republish signals, analysis, recaps, curriculum or any other member content outside the server.
  • Do not impersonate a caller, a reviewer or staff, and do not post signals in a caller's channel unless you are that caller.
  • Do not solicit members, advertise, or share referral or affiliate links without permission.
  • Do not try to interfere with the bot, the scoreboard or the checking of results.

We can warn, mute, remove or ban a member who breaks these rules, and we can refuse or end any membership that we consider harmful to the community.

Content and ownership

The signals, analysis, recaps, curriculum, statistics and the design of this site belong to Gain Trades or to the callers who produced them. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own learning while you are a member. Anything you post in the server stays yours, and you give us permission to keep it in the server and to track its result if it is a signal.

Cancelling and ending membership

You can cancel at any time; your access then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Apart from the satisfaction guarantee, payments are not refunded for unused time. We can suspend or end a membership for a breach of these terms, in which case no refund is owed.

No warranties

The website, the server, the bot and the content are provided as they are. We do not promise that the server or the bot will be available at all times, that any signal will make money, or that any statistic is free of error. The bot can be wrong; see how trades are tracked.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gain Trades and the callers are not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the website, the server, the bot or the content. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and we will post a notice in the server for any material change. Continuing to use the server after a change means you accept the new terms.

Questions about these terms, billing, refunds or the guarantee: email vxliantllc@gmail.com, or reach us through the support channel in the Discord server.

Refund policy

How refunds and cancelling work, in plain words.

  • 7-day satisfaction guarantee: not happy in your first 7 days? Email vxliantllc@gmail.com or message us in Discord, and we refund your first payment in full.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing). Your access lasts until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • After the first 7 days, payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • A refund ends the membership and removes access to the member channels.

Privacy

Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and who else sees it. Short, because we collect little.

What we collect

  • Account details. When you register or sign in: your email address and, if you use "Continue with Discord" or link your Discord account, your Discord account ID and username.
  • Billing status. Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive whether you are a member, your billing period and your payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Server activity. Messages and activity in the Discord are visible to the server and to Discord, under Discord's privacy policy. Our bot reads the signals posted in the callers' channels and keeps their results (prices, times, outcomes, review notes) so the scoreboard and the recap work.
  • Support messages. Anything you send us when you ask for help.

How we use it

  • To run your membership: sign-in, member access, billing and the guarantee.
  • To run the server and the bot: tracking signals, the scoreboard, the recap, result checks and moderation.
  • To contact you about your account, billing or changes to the service.
  • To keep the server safe and enforce the terms.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

This website

This website sets one cookie of its own, only to keep you signed in. It is set when you sign in and ends when you close your browser, or after 30 days if you tick "Remember me". While you sign in with Discord, a second cookie holds your place for up to 10 minutes and is deleted as soon as you are back. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, and the site runs no analytics. A code you type before signing in is kept in that browser tab only until checkout opens. The fonts are served by this website itself. Sign-in with Discord, checkout and the Discord invite take you to third-party services (Discord and Stripe) with their own privacy policies.

Who else sees it

  • Discord, which hosts the server and the sign-in. When you link your Discord account, we use it to add you to the server and to open the member channels.
  • Stripe, our payment processor, which handles checkout and billing.
  • Other members, who can see what you post in the server, and, if you are a caller, your tracked results on the scoreboard.
  • Authorities, if we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while you are a member and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. The results of tracked signals are kept as part of the server's record. Leaving the server does not delete your past messages from Discord; see Discord's policy for that.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account data. Some records (such as billing) may need to be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request; we will tell you if that applies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the server.
